My sister, Becca, and I were discussing whether or not her sewing machine is older or is mine. So I had to post a picture to prove to her that mine is older. It's a wonderful machine that does just what I need it to do, straight stitch, zigzag and reverse. Nothing fancy, just the basics. It was given to me by my mother-in-law and I am so grateful, it has been used a lot. It is very smooth and serves it's purpose well. So what do you think, Becca, is it older or what?

Hey I have something on both of you. Mine is older than yours Rache. Same make, and colors but a lot older. I got it from Quinns grandma and it is run by a belt. It is also built into a table so you can't sew jeans or anything on it.
That is hilarious! My mom has one of those sewing machines that are built into the table too. Although, I do NOT own a sewing machine. Seth asked if I wanted one for Christmas one year, not only did I tell him Heck no, but then I just laughed in his face. He thought I could start sewing and fix his pants, I just told him that his mom lives right next door.
So... I am glad you use your sewing machine - who cares how old.
