Ericka was so anxious to hold her new baby sister! I got the wonderful privilege of flying up to Alaska to be Sarah's doula when she had Lillian. It was wonderful and the timing was perfect. She had Lillian at my parents home in Cordova and things went beautifully. Lillian was born with a benign tumor of the lymphatic system and Sarah and her had to fly to Anchorage a few hours after she was born but she is doing great. Lillian actually had surgery to remove the tumor the last part of July and is recovering wonderfully! Sarah did a great job during her labor and delivery and felt great afterwards.
