I have to go in order of my pictures so my journal stays in order even though I want to post the most recent things. Anyway, I made one of these cakeplates for each of my kids teachers at the end of the year. They are so easy. I saw them on some blog, you just use any bowl and plate or you could use a cheap candle stick and plate. Use some Gorilla Glue-Super Glue. Turn the bowl upside down then glue the plate to the bowl. I love this idea for wedding gifts or to make some of different heights for a party display. If I get time to find the link I will post it, until then.....enjoy the picture.

Easy Cake Plate

So cute! My friend made me a small one with a candlestick and a plate. I love that one though!
My mother in-law makes them with candlesticks or glass cups. She uses apoxy though. I have wanted to make some. We'll see when I actually have some time. So cute.
I love that idea! Yours turned out so cute that I may have to steal that idea for Christmas presents.
