Mom's Birthday 2010

He finally came to his senses!Mom with the four crazy kids!

Another birthday has come and gone and I think 31 is harder than the big 30. I am officially into my 30's, I can't believe that I am that old! I was having a conversation with one of my "older" friends and she was saying that your body ages but your spirit doesn't. I agree with that! I feel like I am still this young teeny-bopper around college age. Sometimes it's hard for me to realize that Justin and I are now raising our family not just starting it. In my correspondence with friends on Facebook or email I am reminded of all the fun memories I had with these people and it seems like just yesterday. It's hard to believe that it has been 11 years since Justin and I were married because I remember things from before that time and they seem so fresh in my mind. And then in another sense it seems like Justin and I have been together forever and all I can remember is being a wife and mom. I'm sure I sound crazy but I know some of you have to understand how I am feeling, don't you feel that way sometimes? Anyway, I had a wonderful birthday, not much happened except that I finally got to get my hair done and then I spent some of the day watching Dancing with the Stars on the computer while Justin played with the boys. Justin made me a cake and he fixed steak and baked potatoes for dinner. I had lots of birthday wishes over the phone and on Facebook, it makes me feel good to know that so many care. Thanks for a wonderful day everyone!
