1 Gold MedalWe took Reid to his first tournament of the year today. He did AWESOME!! We left our house at about 6:45am in the middle of a snow storm. I checked the road report before we left and all roads were still open. By the time we made it to Tetonia (25min. away), highway 33 had just been closed due to bad weather. Luckily highway 32 was still open so we headed to Ashton. We were surprised that the road was still open because visibility was low and the opposite lane of the highway was blown in in some spots. We passed the snowplow when we were 2/3 of the way there and they had just closed the road. We were lucky to have left when we did so we could make it through. Reid has been asking me since wrestling started when the first tournament was going to be so he has been anxiously waiting for this tournament. There were five boys in his weight class of Bantam 60lbs. Reid pinned all three in the first round, they didn't know what hit them! He took first place. We are so proud of our wrestler. Way to go Reid!

Awesome!! Great job Reid. What a little stud! Russ and I just watched all 3 videos and he did great!!
Yea! Maybe this is his year again! Looks like he did great! Tell him congrats!
