Yummy Cinnamon Rolls

So I've been on a cinnamon roll kick lately so I had to post this awesome recipe!

Cinnamon Rolls:
4 &1/3 C flour
1 TBS active dry yeast
1 C milk
1/3 C sugar
1/3 C butter
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
3 TBS melted butter
1/2 C sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
Frosting:
2 TBS soft butter
2 C powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
2&1/2 to 3 TBS milk
Warm milk, sugar, butter & salt in small saucepan just until warm (120-130 degrees) and butter almost melts. Combine flour & yeast in mixer then add milk mixture along with eggs. Mix on low about 10 minutes until dough pulls away from sides of mixer and a soft dough forms. Place dough in oiled bowl, cover and let rise @ 1 hour until double in size. Punch down and divide into two balls, let rest for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, grease two 9 in round baking pans. Roll each portion of dough into a 12x8 inch rectangle. Brush with melted 3 TBS butter. Combine 1/2 c sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over dough. Roll up jelly-roll style starting from a long side. Slice each roll into 12 equal pieces, (using floss or thread works great) Place in prepared pans, cover and let rise till double @ 30 minutes. Bake at 375 for @ 20-25 minutes or until golden. Cool slightly, remove from pans and spread with frosting. Makes 24 rolls.
For frosting, cream butter, add other ingredients then mix until smooth and creamy.

*drool* Your recipe looks a little more complicated than mine, but sooo good! Mine consists of: defrosting rolls, let rise, then bake. Now I'm totally craving cinnamon rolls.
